I went through a patch where money was a bit tight! But soon as I stopped taking these alongside Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. With voduz miracle spray in a purple bottle and lastly morrocan hair oil (recommend by mrs hinch) my hair is so soft and has grown so much! I’m getting a lot of compliments ☺️ Taste yummy! And it’s a habit I soon became quick to adjust too!
