How to Collect:

1. An InPost courier will deliver your LOOKFANTASTIC parcel to your chosen locker.
2. You’ll receive a text and email containing a collection code.
3. Scan the QR code to open the locker and retrieve your parcel.

How to Return:

Create your label by filling in your details on the InPost returns portal.

1. Print your label and attach it to your parcel.
2. Take your parcel to your chosen locker, scan the barcode and place it in the open compartment.
3. An InPost courier will collect your parcel and return it back to us – simple!
