Mild but effective, the pH-balanced toner also resists stripping natural moisture. Its lightweight formula absorbs quickly, working to minimise the look of excess oil on the skin.

After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with the facial toner and apply to face. Avoid the immediate eye area.
