The best
This is the only eye make up remover I will use, others don’t compare! This removes everything and doesn’t sting my eyes, others say they won’t sting but do, others say they will remove everything but don’t. Tried cheap to expensive and everything in between. I wear waterproof mascara and this is best hands down.
