does make a difference
love this mac lip primer. smooths out lip surface prior to applying lipstick, & definately increases longevity of wear. Nice feel on lips when worn , & helps stop feathering & lips drying out

It is one of my favourite product ever. It smooths the lips and blurs the lines. Lipstick stays longer and doesn’t look dry.

Not a bad product
I use before applying lipstick, it does help the lipstick go on easily and lasts a while without flaking but doesn’t last that long and haven’t noticed much difference since using it
