With dual sides, the 2-in-1 Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil gives your eyebrows equal amounts of highlights and definition. The shimmery end can be used across the brow bone to highlight, while the matte tip gives the brow line a stronger presence. Use both together or one or the other, depending on the look you’re going for. Formulated to feel creamy and never waxy, the pencil glides on for a natural, smooth feel.

First, apply the shimmer end from arch to tail. Then, apply the matte end from the front of the brow toward the tail. Blend using Brush 20 for a seamless brow highlight that adds a lifting effect to your brows.
