This treatment works magic! My lips were awfully cracked, almost to the point of bleeding, due to roaccutane treatment. After first night of using the balm in the morning my lips were already almost completely healed! It took only 2-3 nights to have them already as good as new. Of course using this doesn't mean that you don't have to exfoliate, these are two completely different things and I don't think it should be used as a usual lip balm either. Don't spare it, add a thick layer, if the condition isn't as bad as mine were it should still last quite a while as you don't need to use it every night.
