It makes easy work of even waterproof pigments and can be used across your lips, eyes and face.

When in contact with water, the formula transforms into a smooth milk that rinses away easily. Skin will appear soft and smooth after use.

Morning and evening, close your eyes and apply to dry face, eyes and lips. Use your fingertips to massage into skin with circular motions, focusing on areas with makeup or waterproof makeup. Rinse thoroughly. Avoid direct contact with eyes.
