The IT Cosmetics BYE BYE Under Eye Bags is a treatment formulated to temporarily reduce the appearance of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.

Formulated with IT’s multi-patented technology, the formula delivers a filter-like, blurring effect to the undereyes to create the illusion of smoother, tighter skin for the day. The eye treatment can be applied to bare skin or on top of makeup as it produces a transparent finish. At the end of the day, remove the treatment with an oil-based cleanser.

• When to Use: ​After cleansing in the morning, before makeup on dry skin.
• Recommended Amount:​ A pea-sized amount.
• Application:​ Glide evenly from inner to outer corner two to three times. Be careful not to over blend. Tap to blend outwards at edges. Light pressure and minimal blending are best, do not rub. Wait 15 minutes. Relax your face, don’t squint or smile until product has dried down.
• Routine: To Remove, use an oil-based cleanser like Bye Bye Makeup Cleansing Balm in the evening. Do not use it as an overnight treatment.
