Ideal for brunettes that lighten their locks, the Matrix Total Results Brass Off Shampoo instantly refreshes and cleanses hair, whilst neutralising brassy tones.
Harnessing the power of colour-depositing blue-violet pigments, the shampoo effortlessly lathers over locks, visibly neutralising and reducing brassy tones. The hair-strengthening formula can be used as a regular shampoo, or left on hair for up to three minutes for added toning action.
Daily dirt and impurities are rinsed away, leaving locks cool, cleansed and neutralised.
Start using 2-3 weeks after your colour service. Use the shampoo a few times a week and alternative with Colour Obsessed shampoo and conditioner. Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse well.
Tip: Leave on 3-5 minutes before rinsing and follow with Brass Off conditioner.

First time using
I received this product complimentary for testing purposes, this is my first time using a shampoo designed for coloured hair use. I found it left my hair feeling amazing and smells nice too. It managed to removes the odd tones throughout my hair but I think It would’ve been better if my hair was lighter as I have purple/red hair.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes and so far I have found it amazing. Leaves hair clean and smells nice and had managed to removes the brassy tones through the bottom of my hair. I feel I would get much better results if my hair was slightly lighter but would definitely recommend

I love silver/purple shampoo and this was one of my faves. Definitely cooled down some of the warmer tones in my highlights. Excited to use it again when I have more Highlights put in soon. Would recommend.

Brass off
I love receiving these packages every few months! Complementary of Voxbox I revived a few Matrix hair products which I have seen so many people raving about online! I genuinely do love this product, it thoroughly gets rid of the brassy coppery tones in your hair and leaves it smelling amazing! However, my shower, toes and fingers are stained blue! It’s come off of the shower fairly easy but even after giving my body a good scrub I can’t seem to get it off of my fingers! Hopefully it doesn’t last too long! All in all a genuine amazing product for your hair!

Long story short, I desperately need my balayage toning but, due to lack of money, that is not going to happen before Christmas. And it was really starting to get me down, especially given I’d provisionally booked a fitness weight loss photo shoot in, and one of the recommendations is to have a fresh colour. Enter the VoxBox goodies of Matrix Brass Off. Oh word. My hair, once brassy, now looks like I’ve had a fresh colour. My family ‘told me off’ for having my hair done when I should be saving money... they actually couldn’t believe it was the result of Matrix Brass Off, let alone something that had been kindly gifted for review. It is now in my arsenal and is a hair must-have, to use alongside Olaplex and Matrix Velvetizer. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Brass off shampoo
I double wash my hair so I use a different shampoo first and then this on the second wash, leave it in for 3 minutes and then was off. I like everything about this product from the packaging to the price. It looks expensive but comes with a cheaper price tag and is definitely affordable. Its easy to use and doesn't stain your hair purple or dry it out but I do only have blonde highlights. I would recommend this to those that want to eliminate brassy tones in their hair.

One of my faves
I always need a purple shampoo in my routine, and recently I have been trying very hard to achieve an ashy blonde look - I really enjoyed using this shampoo that I was gifted from Influenster. Not only did I notice results from the first use, my hair also felt clean with just one wash! Just be careful to make sure you’ve rinsed it all through but I’ll definitely pick up another.
