The toner is powered by antimicrobial Piroctone Olamine and cooling Camphor to instantly refresh and comfort the scalp, while restoring the microflora balance to help prevent and treat the causes of irritation. Clear and odourless, the toner is safe to use on colour-treated hair to provide relief from irritation, flaking and dandruff. Soothe your scalp with this calming toner.
Suitable for colour treated hair.
Begin with Flaky/Itchy Scalp Shampoo, followed by the appropriate Philip Kingsley Conditioner. Lightly towel dry hair and apply to scalp from the nozzle in 1'' (3cm) sections. Distribute with fingertips. Do not rinse. Comb through and style. Reapply as often as required.
