It makes my under eyes more nourished and hydrated. I think it helps with firmness too but there is too much perfume in it and it I use too much too often it makes my sensitive eyes a bit puffy

I tried the trial size first and have found it to be quite drying, although it might just be the adjustment period to the retinol. so i am taking it as a good sign that it is doing something although no obvious difference yet!

Amazing difference
I started using this 2 nights ago and am convinced that after the first application, my eyes looked different and so much better the next morning. Noticeable in that my eyes are less puffy, dark circles under eyes are lighter and the skin around the eye looks firmer, less droopy and less puffy overall. I have sensitive skin and this appears not to irritate. Really pleased with the product and while expensive, should last a long time (normally around 9 months for me).
