Tiny little pills, huge amount. I bought these in trying to find the right combination of supplements/vitamins to battle PMDD and I have seen a significant improvement of my symptoms. I can’t tell which one is working best or if it’s a combination obviously but I’d definitely repurchase. My husband takes these too and there’s so many that a few months on we still have loads left, very easy to take too.

Very low vitamin D, I have to have about 15 of these a day, also it contains Glycerin?? absolutely pointless, I have to pop these in my mouth and spit them gel/Glycerin out( of you dont know how but Glycerin is please google it) Wouldn't recommend, there's a lot better tables which contain A LOT more vitamin D!
