System Professional’s Inessence Conditioner is the perfect softening treatment for slightly damaged or chemically-treated fine hair.
The expert formula aims to reinforce the hair structure while it creates lasting volume. Açaí berry stem cells strive to smooth frizz and soften coarse texture, for lengths that appear silky to the touch.
Designed to protect against breakages, the conditioner fortifies strands without adding extra weight. For supple, high-shine results, this product could be your new shower time staple.

- After shampooing, apply a coin-sized amount onto the hair
- Twist and twirl lengths and ends to apply the mask evenly
- Leave in for 5-10 minutes before rinsing

Waxy
I had to double check I was using the conditioner on my hair as the product didn't go very far. Whilst brushing and drying my hair it feels like I have a wax in it and makes my hair feel dry. I have thick healthy hair so very disappointed as I've used three times to make sure and what a waste of expensive money.

Worst conditioner
This is one of the worst conditioners I’ve ever used. It feels soft on the hair in the shower but once you come out, hair feels waxy and like there’s a coating on it. Once dried, hair feels dull and waxy and makes the hair feel greasy even when thoroughly washed out. Will not be buying again! Could only try it a couple of times and then it went in the bin.

Really disappointed
I am usually a huge System Professional fan and have used a range of their shampoos and conditioners for years however this product feels horrible. My hair immediately feels sticky, icky even. It feels lovely and soft whilst washing but the moment you dry it, it feels like it needs another wash. My hair feels dry but greasy if that’s even possible?! Whilst I have 2 brand new bottles of this, I have reverted back to previous iterations.

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo and was so excited to try these products as my previous hair salon uses this brand and it’s always left my hair feeling luxurious. However, this product in particular left my hair feeling instantly waxy/greasy after I washed it - I even got my boyfriend to try it incase it was because I have colour treated hair but he said the same thing. I used a clarifying shampoo as at first I thought I just had product build up but my hair still went waxy/greasy. On top of this, the lid was faulty and so when I left it upright after using it once, half of the conditioner leaked out of the bottle (look fantastic did give me a partial refund for this). I’ve now switched to the morrocanoil hydrating shampoo and conditioner which has left my hair feeling smooth and soft.

Such a beautiful conditioner. It was so hydrating but didn’t make my hair feel heavy like some other conditioners too. I used this with the shampoo from the same line and they were gorgeous together. Love the packaging too!

Is a no for me
This conditioner didn't meet my expectations. I was wondering if this is a hair conditioner or a shampoo. Has a foamy texture when applied into the hair and feels like a silicone. It doesn't come off of the hair easily. This product was gifted by the brand for my honest opinion.
