I bought this following a recommendation from a friend to aid better sleep and it didn't disappoint.   Spray it liberally over your pillows before you get into bed and lay back and relax,  the smell is gorgeous, calming and relaxing.  I will purchase again.

After a period of restless sleep I bought this after a recommendation from a friend.  I sprayed my bedding quite generously (the smell is lovely and very calming) and found that my sleep pattern definitely improved over a short period of time.  I will definitely purchase again!
