Not great
The product is SO hard to pump out of the bottle. The conditioner is okay to cleanse with and it is moisturising but I wouldn’t buy this again due to the sheer inconvenience of trying to pump it out while in the shower

Don't buy it, you won't be able to get it out of the bottle
I have only been able to use this once or twice and I refuse to keep trying. It is an expensive product that its almost impossible to get it out of the bottle. The product is too thick for that type of packaging, I even tried changing the bottle with a different dispenser and it didn't work.

Okay
The packaging on this is a nightmare even though the product itself works pretty well. It is great at hydrating and detangling my curly hair. It has a nice, light scent. The thing is though, it is very thick and absolutely refuses to pour out of the bottle. This just leads me to avoid using this co-wash. IF they manage to make the formula a bit runnier or maybe change the packaging to a tub form, this product would be a steal for the price point and formula.

Frustrating!
I so wanted to love this, the product is ok, not as good as other cowashes I’ve tried, but the packaging is awful! Looks great, but it’s impossible to get the product out. Sadly I think I’ll end up throwing most of it away.

Super hydration
This is a lovely cowash, massive bottle and I use less than other similar products. It’s creamy and eventually lathers with a scalp massager as I am used to. I don’t feel like I need a conditioner after and my hair feels silky. It has a faint coconut smell which I don’t mind at all. My only complaint is getting it out of the bottle. It’s quite stiff and can’t be balanced upside down and being a thick product it’s not easy to get it out.
