I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I find that hot baths in bath salts really help with my aches and pains. I have been using westlab bathsalts for over a year and have recently discovered this variety which includes cbd. These really are a godsend. They help enormously with my joint pain and I sleep much better after bath now.

They are bath salts all do the same thing not sure why people overhype them they don’t smell the best either. But the lavender ones were out of stock so couldn’t use them

Best bath salts
I've tried lots of bath salts which just don't work. These westlab ones however smell great due to the essential oils and work due to the magnesium and other added ingredients with benefits like CBD
