Really thought that this would smell yummy, being advertised as milk and honey. Sadly not so, it just smells of chemicals. Would really like to return this product but I’ve no idea how to, or if I even can!

Allergic reaction
I love the burts bees lip balms, so I thought I’d try one of their body lotions. However, the next day I’d come out in raised bumps on my chest. After looking on the EWG site, it looks like some of the ingredients are risky for allergic reactions. Strange, as I associate the brand with being hypo-allergenic.

Disappointing, horrible smell
I used to use this lotion regularly then moved on to other products, so thought I would try again as I remembered how lovely it was. The texture and moisturising are both still good but it smells really horrible - very plasticy. Now I've done further research I can see other people saying the same thing since it was reformulated. I can't use this cream because the plastic smell is so strong and unpleasant, very disappointing.
