Beauty Box FAQs

How does the Beauty Box work?

Choose a subscription length that suits you, paying monthly or upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months. Subscribers opting for a 12-month plan can enjoy FREE Premier Delivery as part of the subscription.

Each month, you will receive a beauty box with six beauty essentials worth at least £55, featuring a mix of new discoveries and familiar favourites.

Beauty Box subscribers also get extra perks, including exclusive sneak peeks, early access to limited edition beauty edits, and up to 15% off with subscriber-only discounts, plus the chance to boost LF +Points on purchases to redeem as credit.

When will my beauty box be dispatched?

Your beauty box is dispatched on the 1st working day (or closest to) of each month.

When will I be charged for my order?

We take payment for all subscriptions on the 1st working day (or closest to) of each month, this payment relates to your next dispatched beauty box.

How do I update my address?

Update your address in your account section. You have until the 26th of the month to change the address for next month’s beauty box.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Please use the turn off auto-renewal feature in your account. To do this go to ‘My Account’ and then select the ’Subscription’ option to see features available. Contact Customer Services in the account section if you need assistance. You have 14 days to cancel your subscription.

What happens when I opt out of a subscription plan?

Opting out of a 1, 3, or 12 month subscription will only result in completion at the end of the chosen subscription plan, all boxes will continue to dispatch up until this point and then the subscription will not renew. You need to opt-out of auto-renewal by the 25th of the month before your last subscription.

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact Customer Service through your online account to provide a photo of the order and a brief explanation as to the detail of the damage. Our team will then be able to assist you and provide a suitable resolution.
