What are the benefits of being a Premier Delivery member?

How do I join?

Simply select the 'Premier Delivery' delivery option at checkout. 

How much does it cost?

There is a one-off fee of £6.50 for your 12-month membership which is charged upfront.

£10 minimum spend is required on each order to benefit from Premier Delivery. Orders under £10 will be charged normal delivery costs displayed at the checkout.

Can I redeem the delivery benefit if I purchase other items as well as the membership in the same order?

Yes, the discount will be automatically applied on the first order.

Is Premier Delivery an annual membership?

Yes, the membership period will expire after 12 months. Don’t forget to repurchase your subscription to continue enjoying your LF Premier perks!

Can I cancel my membership?

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your membership without giving any reason. If you wish to cancel please contact us via the “Customer Service Contact Centre” which you can access via your account page.

Is this available in all countries?

Premier Delivery is only available in England, Scotland and Wales. 

How soon can I access my Premier Delivery benefits?

It can take up to 30 mins for you to receive your Premier Delivery welcome email. 

Please note that once you have placed your first order, it can take up to 24hrs for the premium delivery to activate on your account, However your first order will still go out on a Next Day service where applicable

Is Same Day Delivery included?

Same Day Delivery is not included however LF Premier customers do receive a discount and can enjoy Same Day Delivery for £7.95. Same Day Delivery is available in selected postcodes, please see our Delivery Information page for more information

What if Next Day Delivery isn't available?

Premier Delivery is subject to service availability, which may change at any time without notice. We will use our best efforts to meet a high standard of delivery; however, occasionally, we may experience delays, including without limitation during busy periods such as sale / Black Friday or in circumstances outside of our control, such as courier availability, courier delays, traffic, weather, or accessibility of the premises.
