The multi-purpose, multi-award-winning balm has been expertly balanced to suit all skin types, and combines the brand's signature blend of four aromatic plant oils (Clove, Eucalyptus, Hops and Egyptian Chamomile) to promote glowing, radiant, smoother-looking skin. Developed to be used in conjunction with the specially woven, 100% muslin cloth, it provides a deep yet gentle cleanse; effortlessly melting away dirt and makeup (even stubborn waterproof formulas) while gently exfoliating and decongesting without drying or stripping skin. It helps to slough away dead skin cells, smoothing and refining skin's texture in preparation for the next steps in your skincare regime.

Eve Lom Signature Massage Technique:
Apply the cleanser once a day, at night for normal/dry skin types or twice a day, morning and night for congested skins. Massage a small amount onto the face and neck over the make-up and grime from the day.
Immerse an Eve Lom Muslin Cloth into a basin of hot water. Squeeze off excess water and place the cloth over the face and neck for a few seconds. The heat opens the pores, allowing the aromatic plant oils to drain toxins.
Fold the hot, rinsed cloth into a square and, in small circular movements, work the cloth across the face and neck to remove all traces of cleanser and make-up. The Muslin Cloth here exfoliates and encourages healthy blood circulation.
Rinse the cloth in cool water, and again hold over the face and neck. This helps to close the pores, leaving the skin soft, smooth and radiant.

Good job bad smell
Had this in my monthly box. It does a fab job getting every last bit of makeup off and leaves skin feeling lovely but the smell is awful. Wouldn’t buy it purely based on the unpleasant odour but it is an excellent cleanser.

I get the hype!
What a treat to receive a trial size of the Eve Lom cleanser in the September beauty box! Beautiful ingredients, love the smell of this and the texture is beautiful it literally melts like butter into the skin. Felt lovely and hydrating without leaving a residue once washed off. Smells good but the colour is a little off putting. A little to early to say whether I’ll repurchase as I think there could be other balms such as Elemis on the market which are very similar but at a lower price margin. We shall see..

Disgusting
Got this in a beauty box and was glad to be able to try it before buying it. Firstly, this is a very green pea like colour. The texture is very waxy and not nice. The balm smells absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if I got an "off" batch but I would not be buying this! It does take makeup off but also seems to strip my skin of any moisture.
