Disappointed
Very disappointed. Everytime I used this I ended up with lots of smudges and panda looking eyes. No matter how little I apply it still find its way below my eyes to give my the appearance of black bags under eyes. I have used several soft kajals/Kohl's before but none have leaked this much. I expected much better quality for the price and brand name. Shame I can't even return it, as I have used it already.
