1. Scalp: Starting from the hairline, press and stroke the comb across your head, down to the neck. Repeat this all over the scalp for a soothing and relaxing head massage.

2. Arms: Holding the comb, sweep down the outside of the arms and side of the body, 8 times on each side, to target bingo wings and release stagnation.

3. Body: Sweep down across the waist from side to middle, across the bottom, down the back of the legs and up the inside of the thighs. Repeat 8 times on each area to sculpt, contour and define.
