Sleep Baby Sleep
So, I saw all these videos regarding magnesium and the benefits and how to, etc...I found this one and was excited to try it...as someone that really struggles to sleep due to back pain and general issues dosing off, I spare the palms of my feet with this, yea there's a tingling sensation at first but I have to admit I definitely have been getting more of a deeper longer sleep. Only reason I've not rated it a 5 is because I've noticed that since using it my feet tend to dry out quicker in the shower and become itchy...whether that is relatable or the reason. Other than that I continue to use it as it has made such a difference.

Not for me
Having jumped on the magnesium band wagon I was keen to try a spray to help my painful knee and aid better sleep. This is greasy and leaves a strange residue as a lot of magnesium products seem to do. But this has put me off using it. It is a decent sized bottle for the price though.

I take a few supplements and when I found out I could take magnesium this way I was delighted. Nice product

Can't fault the product, but did have some itchy skin as a result - apparently common, so I just use sparingly.

Works!
I really like this spray! I use it in the evening after I have been to the gym, as I always get pain in my knees and really bad DOMS in my legs. This spray has helped to alleviate some of this pain so will definitely continue to use it.
