Good for easing muscle aches!
I tend to use this oil at night when Im suffering from 'restless leg' syndrome! Can take about half hour to ease pain but obvs it has to soak into the muscle! I know it sounds daft but I read it can help you get off to sleep if you spray it on tops of your feet! I have tried that & on nights I used it it seemed to work although I really dont know how?!? Lasts ages!

Sleep Baby Sleep
So, I saw all these videos regarding magnesium and the benefits and how to, etc...I found this one and was excited to try it...as someone that really struggles to sleep due to back pain and general issues dosing off, I spare the palms of my feet with this, yea there's a tingling sensation at first but I have to admit I definitely have been getting more of a deeper longer sleep. Only reason I've not rated it a 5 is because I've noticed that since using it my feet tend to dry out quicker in the shower and become itchy...whether that is relatable or the reason. Other than that I continue to use it as it has made such a difference.

Having jumped on the magnesium band wagon I was keen to try a spray to help my painful knee and aid better sleep. This is greasy and leaves a strange residue as a lot of magnesium products seem to do. But this has put me off using it. It is a decent sized bottle for the price though.
