Good for you but tastes vile
5Make sure you dilute it down if you find something like this difficult to stomach. I take in a smoothie or fruit juice. Green powder is tough

Love this stuff
5Helps me get in some nutrients on days where I'm feeling unwell and struggling to eat healthy. Mix it with some juice or smoothie as does taste unpleasant
