Unpleasant taste
I can’t tell you about the results of this, it smells and tastes so unpleasant I can’t try it. Capsules would be a better idea.

Collagen
This is my first pack of this collagen. The smell of it is very unpleasant. On the first day I had a problem with drinking it, I dissolved it in water, the next days I add it to cocktails, and it's ok. It's too early to talk about the effect because I've only been using it for a few days.

Kiki is a good brand
I take collagen due to the fact I'm almost 40 and knees have begun cracking alot and I have general aches and pains which i was told is most likely due to the collagen breaking down If your young you don't need to worry about this as the depletion is so gradual but if age is advancing like me and your feeling the effects of aging then adding some collagen is vital to help keep the collagen levels up to support around your ligaments and cartilage. I don't believe it dosent anything for skin . Its not going to stop you getting wrinkles as that's unavoidable. I add this to smoothies or pop in some orange juice ect
