Two in One
I love that this stops biting, as well as improves nail health. A lot of anti-bite polishes are very drying but this one seems to be working well for me (combined with a cuticle oil).

Saving my nails!
So far I am loving this product! Bitter tasting enough to put me off biting but my nails have really grown in the two weeks since I started using.

It Works
I went a whole month without biting my nails, this leaves a sour taste in the mouth but I like that it conditions the nails whilst preventing the biting! I stopped using it, then bit my nails again, so I’m back to using it all the time.

Necessity!
I’ve just bought this for my daughter as she has inherited my bad habit of nail biting!! After kicking the habit for the last few years and finally being able to grow my own nails, I’m hoping my daughter can follow suit and this will certainly help!

The best
I used to get acrylics often or put fake nails on I never used to like my natural nail. So I decided to grow natural nails. But it was so damaged and thin I could never grow much. Then I start using this product And I actually grown my damaged and thin nails. And got confidence to keep my natural nails and just use nail polish.
