I have ultra sensitive skin and recently ordered this when nothing was helping one of my sensitive/irritated episodes on my face and neck. It spreads so easily on the skin - it isn't too thin or too thick and is velvety soft. It makes my skin feel calm and will continue to use this twice daily even when I'm not in the middle of a flair up! There is a VERY faint smell - a bit like paint - when first applied but it is extremely subtle and goes away instantly.

Fantastic serum

I've been using Stratia's liquid gold serum for years, and this is quite similar to it, only a little less rich. Beautiful light oily consistency, it sinks in really well, doesn't leave any shine, but isn't matt (which I love). I've even worn it under make up, and it didn't mess with the staying power at all. I love using this bad boy.. my redness has subsided, but I can't say if it's because of this serum, as I use more products to target the problem. About the scent, I very faintly smell anise. Ouzo or sambooca - for the "alcoholics". But it fades right away, as it isn't very strong to begin with.
