Lookfantastic Golden Ticket Prize Draw – Competition Rules (“Rules”)
These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win a Cash Prize, a Trending Travel Holiday Voucher, a Lookfantastic Voucher, a Lookfantastic Beauty Box Subscription, a Mystery Festive Product Bundle, a Mystery Box or a Colour WOW Product Bundle(“Prizes”) that will be allocated between entrants in the Territory) by participating in a prize draw available to all qualifying Lookfantastic customers (“Promotion”). The Promoter is The Hut.com Limited (trading as Lookfantastic) whose registered office is at 5th Floor, Voyager House, Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport, M90 3DQ (“Lookfantastic” or “we” or “#TEAMFANTASTIC”).
By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall be unconditionally bound by them. A copy of these Rules shall be available at https://www.lookfantastic.com/offers/advent/2021-golden-ticket-tcs.list for the duration of the Promotion. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with Lookfantastic’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.lookfantastic.com/info/terms-conditions.list .
We reserve the right to amend these Rules without notice from time to time. Any amendment shall be notified to you by email.
How to enter
To be entered into this competition, you will need to have received a ‘golden ticket’ with a unique promo code in your Lookfantastic advent calendar (“Code”). Once received, you will need to email GoldenTicketWinner@thehutgroup.com with your Code either in the subject line and/or body content of the email. You will receive a response confirming receipt of entry.
Opening and closing dates
Entries open at 00:01 BST on 01 October 2020 and close at 23:59 GMT on 10 December 2021 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Lookfantastic for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date.
Who can enter and entry restrictions
Only one entry per ‘golden ticket’/Code/person is accepted.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry and resident in the UK.
You are not permitted to enter the competition if you are an employee of the Promoter or the Prize Provider, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the competition.
In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or reward you may win.
Prizes
There will be 300 (three hundred) prizes available to 300 (three hundred) winners who will be selected in a random draw on 13 December 2021. The Codes submitted will be matched by random allocation to 300 prizes for the winners.
Prizes will include:
1) Cash Prize
There will be 1 winner for a cash prize of £2000 (two thousand pounds) (“Cash Prize”).
The Cash Prize is payable by BACS transfer to the winner’s account.
The Cash Prize is non-transferable and there are no alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.
2) Trending Travel Holiday Voucher:
There will be 4 winners for 4 Trending Travel Holiday Voucher.
Each Trending Travel Holiday Voucher includes a voucher worth £250 that can be redeemed against a selected range of holidays organised by the Prize Provider (“Trending Travel Holiday Voucher”).
The Travel Holiday Voucher is provided by Trending Travel Limited (company number 12017348) of Station House, Stamford New Road, Altrincham, England, WA14 1EP (“Prize Provider”).
Any queries in relation to the Trending Travel Holiday Voucher must be directed to the Prize Provider.
Trending Travel Holiday Voucher are available for flights from UK airports only and for accommodation worldwide, subject to valid passport of the winner and coronavirus restrictions. Further exclusions may apply. For further details and full terms and conditions please visit the Prize Povider’s website.
Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Trending Travel Holiday Voucher are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable.
If for any reason the Prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
There will be 50 winners of a Lookfantastic Voucher worth £100 and 100 winners of a Lookfantastic Voucher worth £10 (“Lookfantastic Voucher(s)”).
The Lookfantastic Voucher can be spent on products sold on https://www.lookfantastic.com/offers/flash-20.list (products in this list change daily). Enter Lookfantastic Voucher at check out.
The Lookfantastic Vouchers will expiry at 17:00 GMT on 01. April 2022.
The Lookfantastic Voucher can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts (including without limitation student discount). The Lookfantastic Voucher cannot be used against delivery charges and sale items.
4) Lookfantastic Beauty Box Subscription:
There will be 20 winners of 20 Lookfantastic Beauty Box Subscription for 12 months in a form of a voucher(“LF Beauty Box Voucher”). 5) Mystery Festive Product Bundle
There will be 25 winners of 25 Festive Product Bundles(“Bundles”). The Bundles will include a number of mystery festive beauty products. Once the winners have been notified and they confirmed their delivery details (including name, postal address and email address) the Bundles will be sent to their delivery details.
6) Mystery Box
There will be 97 winners of 97 Mystery Boxes in a form of a voucher(“Mystery Box Voucher”). Each Mystery Box Voucher can be redeemed against the Provider’s website by placing an order through the following link https://www.lookfantastic.com/offers/beauty-box/mystery-box.list Each Mystery Box Voucher can be used only once.
Each Mystery Box includes a selection of beauty products.
7) Colour WOW Product Bundle
There will be 3 winners of 3 different Colour WOW Product Bundles(“altogether: Colour WOW Product Bundle”. Once the winners have been notified and they confirmed they postal address, the Colour WOW Product Bundles will be sent to their postal address.
Each Colour WOW Product Bundles include different products.
The Color Wow Dream Coat Bundle includes Dream Coat Supernatural Spray 2 x 200ml and Brush.
The Color WOW Color Perfect Supersize Bundle for Normal/Thick Hair includes
one Color Security Shampoo(946ml), one Color Security Conditioner(946ml) and
one Dream Filter (470ml)
The Color WOW Color Perfect Supersize Bundle for Fine/Normal Hair includes one Color Security Shampoo (946ml), one Color Security Conditioner (946ml), one Dream Filter (470ml) and Litre Pump (x 2)
Prizes 1) – 7) altogether are “Prizes”.
The winner(s) will be notified by email within 3 weeks of the Closing Date (“Prize Notification”). The winner must respond by email to the Prize Notification to confirm that the winner accepts the Prize and must provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter (e.g. bank account details for transfer of the Prize). Failure by the winners to respond to the Prize Notification and provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter within 14 days of the Promoter sending the Prize Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.

If for any reason a Prize is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
Disqualification
To claim a Prize, an entrant must have complied with and remain in compliance with these Rules. If an entrant does not comply with all of the above requirements within the above time frames, or does not otherwise comply with these Rules, we may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrants who we consider to have used improper technical means to enter the Promotion and/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with the Promotion.
Taxes
The Prizes or Rewards may be taxable income under the laws applicable to the winners. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Prizes are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winners. The winners are solely responsible for reporting the Prizes to the relevant tax authorities, and paying all taxes applicable to the Prizes, as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from Lookfantastic, a winner will promptly complete and submit to Lookfantastic all tax forms, certificates or authorizations as may be necessary under the applicable tax laws.
Limitation of Liability
Lookfantastic will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these Rules; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible.
Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude Lookfantastic’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.
Data Protection
Lookfantastic collects and uses personal data to conduct the Promotion, as is necessary for Lookfantastic to be able to perform its agreement with you and in order to comply with its legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations).

Governing law and jurisdiction
The Promotion, these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The above choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive entrants of the protection under mandatory statutory provisions that cannot be waived under the law which would have otherwise been applicable.
General
All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any provision of these Rules (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.
The original version of these Rules is drafted in the English language. If these Rules are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
