Massage into skin in firm, upward and circular movements until fully absorbed or apply 1-2 capfuls into your bath

On opening this smelt absolutely divine so couldn’t wait to try it. So far I’ve only used after my evening showers - both applied myself and a treat from the other half ;) It has left my skin feeling stroke-ably soft & smooth and smelling delicious and the bonus of having a better nights sleep after. Only criticism is the bottle design means you can accidentally end up pouring out far too much - a smidge goes a long way!
