Beam Time? More Like 'Waste of Time
When I purchased the MAC Dazzleshadow in the colour Beam Time, I expected to add a dazzling pop of color to my makeup collection. Instead, I received a product that falls far short of its promises. Let's start with the size. While the shadow itself is a nice, compact size, that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. The colour in real life is a far cry from the vibrant, captivating hues depicted in the promotional images. Instead of a rich, sparkling shade, Beam Time looks dull and washed out. The quality is where this product truly disappoints. It feels cheap right out of the container. Even with a primer, which usually helps even the worst eyeshadows perform better, Beam Time manages to crease and drag almost immediately upon application. The texture is patchy and difficult to blend, leaving an uneven, unattractive finish. In summary, MAC Dazzleshadow in Beam Time is an absolute waste of money. It doesn't deliver on its promises and will likely sit unused in my makeup drawer. I won't be making the mistake of purchasing this again. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality eyeshadow.

My favourite liquid eyeshadow
I have purchased the shade Everyday is Sunshine multiple times now. I’m a makeup artist and this is the best liquid eyeshadow formula I have used. It doesn’t crack and the pigment is great. It’s like a hybrid of a glitter and a cream liquid eyeshadow, so the opacity is still there. As an MUA I don’t apply directly into clients eyes due to sanitary reasons but even for myself, I apply on the back of my hand and then with a brush or my finger to my eye. When this is slightly dry, I just dab over the top of this with a shimmer eyeshadow, as I find this intensifies the pigment and improves longevity. The shade Everyday is Sunshine is a Champagne gold light pink. I want to try other shades in future which I hope has the same formula. Will continue repurchasing!
