The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.
Packed with pigment, the eyeliner resists sweat, smudges and fading. Equipped with a precision tip for controlled, smooth application.

I needed a quick eyeliner as mine had run out. I usually buy a different brand but just didn’t want to spend that much money at the time. This eyeliner goes on lovely however after an hour or so I looked like I had panda eyes! Definitely not great at being waterproof!

This eyeliner is very dark and easy glide on your water line however, it can smudge easily to your lower lash line however it just stay put on the water line all day would recommend

This was always my go to eyeliner. It didn't smudge ,budge and lasted all day . It was brilliant. It and loreal infallible were the best and I've tried so many. Something has changed with this it now smudges alot and have to keep reapplying it just won't last at all.
