1. Gently smooth a small amount over hands (blending into knuckles), feet, knees, wrists, elbows and ankles. Ensure lotion has absorbed into skin before applying tan.
2. For areas where hair is light or bleached lightly rub the Perfect Self Tan Primer to prevent hair from staining.
