I have actually been using this stuff for years, but, combined with newly discovered meditation practice it works like a charm, even in these uncertain times. Roll it onto your palms, rub your hands together then place your cupped hands over your face and inhale a few times. Ommmm!!

Well, my review title says it all! As a busy night shift worker commuting a round trip of two hours a day, and working twelve hour shifts on a week on, week off rota I need to sleep well! I first got to trial this simply awesome product when on holiday in Amsterdam at a Crowne Plaza Hotel. I wasn't sure if I got a good night sleep because I was on holiday and relaxed or if the product contributed. Having bought 'this works deep sleep breathe in" home with me along with the "this works, deep sleep pillow spray" that was also contained in the same package and used it again I am now convinced this stuff absolutely works! If you are having difficulty sleeping but are wary of spending so much on a product that may or may not work don't be ~ as the branding says THIS WORKS and you can't over value a good night's sleep! Having purchased blackout curtains, heated my room to an acceptable temperature, brought a comfortable mattress, toasty blankets and good pillows etc I had already spent a bit on trying to get a good sleep but to no avail and if you are reading this review then I assume you probably have too. So, I ask what are you waiting for? I would 100% recommend this product to anyone and everyone looking for a natural aid to both assist them to sleep and maintain a good quality of sleep once there. Go on ahead and buy yourself some and you'll be enjoying a good night sleep as soon as the postman arrives!
