Great for peri-menopausal/menopausal hair that’s fine and list its oomph. Does what it says, lots of nourishing moisturising and volume. Don’t use too much otherwise your hair can look lank.

The volumising spray will last for ages as any more than a few sprays does make my hair heavy, 3/4 sprays makes my hair easier to blow dry and does give slight volume
