Great product
I first bought these with Hormone balance supplements. Great product. I have found after a few weeks you really get the benefit from them. You need to take the regular. I only take 2 of the gels with my other medication. They really help my moods, my skin is a lot better too. My PCOS is more manageable I have found. I am on on my 3 bottle and really do feel they help.

Evening Primrose oil, 90 softgel tablets
I normally buy evening primrose oil vitamins from either boots or tesco, i normally take these to help with emotional mood swings, they help me alot. I decided to try myvitamins wellness brand this time round as i had a discount code. I am pleased with these tablets and this brand. The tablets you can take up to 1 softgel tablet up to 3 times a day but i have only been taken 1 tablet daily.
