These are so much easier to swallow than tablets, smell abit strange but that maybe the tube. I’ve been using these for a few months now as going through peri menopause and I do think they help in boosting up my collagen

I bought these after a recommendation and so sick of taking huge collagen tablets which seem to stick in your throat. So much easier to take, however hold your nose as they don’t smell great but do seem to be helping with aching joints and with finer skin

Collagen gummies is super find for me, as I don't like to eat pills or drink collagen powders because the flavor of those powders usually it's horrible. Gummies are so delicious, however the bottle and very quickly as one gummy is only 500 milligrams of collagen and you need to eat at least four gummies per day.
