Thule this provides stretch it does not smooth the cuticle on type 4 hair. So good for stretching the hair out but smoothing type 4

I personally wouldn’t recommend this brush. It’s very hard and pulls your hair and is not the easiest to use when trying to blow dry your hair.

Great detangling brush
works super well on my hair I refused to dry my hair without it, leaves may hair soft and shiny looking, probably wouldn't use another one for drying. I recommend you use a good quality dryer with this brush just helps make the results nicer.

Tangled up
The irony that this is made by tangle teaser! It created tangles! It does a good job on shorter lengths, but those longer layers...ouch!
