Greasy AF
3I hate this product so much, I ended up just purchasing a different retinol product. I bought it because it was cheap, there were good reviews, and it had different levels of retinol so you could start on the lowest one and work your way up. I did finish one bottle (the 0.1%) but only because I hate waste. Even if it’s just a few drops, it’s the greasiest thing ever to put on your face, even on my very dry skin. After awhile, I couldn’t stand the ultra greasy, sticky texture of it on my face, neck, and décolletage in my evening skincare routine, and decided it was worth spending more on a good quality retinol product that didn’t leave you feeling like you went on an ultra lubricated slip and slide and landed in oil. If you’re on a budget, this is okay, but be warned, as the Ordinary’s products are cheap, you’re not paying for it to feel nice on the skin or for the experience.

Spreads well but is very oily
4I like the product. It takes a while to absorb due to the squalane - this does help keep my skin soft though. I think it has also helped with some of my seborrheic dermatitis that appears around my hairline and temples.
