Love this I’ve used many times it helps with any product build up, it’s a nice treat to use weekly. I think you can build up the use to two times if your scalp really gets clogged!

Hard to spread through the hair, doesn't exfoliate at all (the particles cling to the hair and do not reach the scalp) and douesn't work as a shampoo, so it fails every promise it made. Also hard to wash to. Even my home made scrub is far better than this.

Iv been struggling with product build up from drug store haircare which has also resulted in infected hair follicles and a dry scalp. I'd read about scrubs and thought I'd give this one a go. It smells incredible but is very thick. It states to use as shampoo but I had to use shampoo after as I struggled to wash this out. I can't say it made much of a difference to my scalp issues and therefore the hunt continues for me.
