This effectively removes your makeup, but as they said, if you’re wearing waterproof makeup, you should keep your damp cotton wool on that area for a longer time. I love that it’s great for sensitive eyes and skin, I've had no reaction so far and I’m done with my first bottle. Highly recommend it.
