Purchased to help with anxiety
Unfortunately I haven’t seen the benefit with regards to my anxiety. Taste quite nice but unfortunately would not repurchase.

Too early to tell
Apparently it takes 12 weeks for this to kick in so maybe placebo but really enjoying them so far
