You can use this for studying, playing with your phone, staying up late and using your eyes excessively When it was severe, the eyes were all red blood clots, and the lower eyelid was also very red, often causing eye fatigue. My ftiend recommended Lutein to me and took it several times! The red blood in my eyes is gone

I have taken Lutein from other brand before it was swiftly effective after taking in. Since my eye lasik surgery , my eyes have become extremely with screens therefore, after taking this, I still suffer from eyestrain if looking directly at the screen. It's simply not as efficacious as the other brand I bought before and more expensive as well.
