How Does It Work?
Purchase a full-size product with the 'Try Me First' icon and receive a complimentary matching sample to test before opening the full-size.
Not to your liking? You can then return the full-size product for a refund provided this is unopened, unused and any seals are intact.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your selected perfume to initiate a return. If you're not satisfied with your chosen scent, you're welcome to return it as part of this offer.
Returns are free of charge.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. To try a different perfume, simply place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team through My Account who will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please make sure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
What Happens Once My Item Is Returned?
Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 working days, and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!
If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, then you'll need to contact our Customer Service team through your account.
