Krill are a shrimp-like crustacean that offer a more ethical alternative to Fish Oil supplements, manufactured using a multi stage oil-extraction process. Free from any toxic contaminants or oxidative elements, each softgel is easy to swallow and free from any unpleasant aftertastes.
Non-GMO. Free from gluten, dairy, preservatives, synthetics, sweeteners, artificial colours and fillers.
Adults intake one – two (1 – 2) capsules daily.

Good source of epa dha . Doesn't have a really fishy taste ( yuk) . They are red in colour and the capsules are see through so you can actually see the liquid inside. Some might be grossed as it looks like little vials of blood. They are large . They leave no aftertaste and one of the best sources have they contain much higher amounts and much less Mercury than other sources
