I brought this to help with the condition of skin. I use it first thing of a morning and the icy feel really weakens up my skin and feels wonderful. I haven't noticed a different to my skin but I've only been using it for a few weeks . But it feels very therapeutic and my skin feels like its having a pamper. So what's not to like.
