Ensure your Eye Define Eye Pencil is adequately sharpened, if not use the inbuilt sharpener. Soften the pencil tip by drawing a few lines on the back of your hand. Gently pull your eyelid across from the eye and draw a line along the inner or outer eye rims, depending on the affect you're after. If desired, do the same with both the upper and lower lids.
