Choose your perfect fit:

Size A: for those aged 30+ or who have given birth vaginally.
Size B: for those under 30 or who haven’t given birth vaginally. 

• Wash your hands. Get into a comfortable position (this could be sitting on the toilet, squatting or with a leg on the bath). Fold your Mooncup® (we prefer the ‘C/U’ or ‘Punchdown’ fold).
• Part the labia and place the cup as low down in the vagina as it will comfortably sit (lower down than a tampon). There must be a gap between the rim of the Mooncup® and the cervix. Please note: It can take up to 3 cycles to get used to using a Mooncup®.
• To Remove: With clean hands, gently squeeze the bottom of the cup to release the seal then slide the cup out. Empty the contents into the toilet. We recommend emptying it every 4-8 hours. Rinse with water or wipe it with a tissue before folding and re-inserting.
