- For a seamlessly diffused effect, apply matte shades with a fluffy blending brush. For more precise application, such as to line and define your lash lines, apply matte shades with a smaller detail brush.
- Pack shimmer and metallic shades onto your lids by pressing them on with your fingertip for intense payoff or by using a flat packer brush.
