Thought I’d try these to help with my menopause symptoms as they contain ginseng which is good for cognitive function  and also vit c which helps with everything ! Not too big to swallow but can’t say I’ve noticed any difference of my systems yet.

Bought these as I’ve seen a few people recommend them to balance hormones when ttc especially with irregular periods. I suffer with bad periods and I have to say first cycle on these it didn’t seem as bad physically or mentally. I’m going to carry on taking them and see how I go 😊
